Returns Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return. You are responsible for any payments due to returning the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Serendipity Parfum is not responsible for your returns until they land at our warehouse, so any lost returns will not be refunded. Proof of delivery must be given on return shipments.

Complete our returns form which will be located in your original delivery (if no returns form is included, please email sales@serendipityparfum.co.uk to receive a new one).

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faulty items, we offer a full refund or exchange for a like-for-like item within 30 days of delivery.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
